1. Why are you going to the United States?(你为什么去美国) This is probably one of the most asked question during your visa interview. You should be ready with an answer for this, and it's important that they understand why you want to come back home after a couple months or years in USA. Your answers will help them decide whether there is still a strong tie between you and your country which can make sure you go back home when you said so.
2. What kind of job do you plan on working?(你打算在美国做什么工作呢?) They might ask about details such as how long have you been doing your current job? Where did you study if you were a student before? Is being self-employed or running own business possible way out? If yes, please prepare all relevant information. In general though, don’t give them any detailed plans like exact company name etc until we get more clear on what their interest lies with respect to our case. Sometimes even giving too much detail sometimes can cause problems because they will try to dig into those things then and may find some problem later on.
3. Do you think you will find similar job opportunities here?(你认为在这里能找到相似的工作吗?) It would be good practice not just saying 'Yes I can but rather tell them specific reasons behind your claim, maybe by telling them something regarding US market size/jobs available compared with yours based on industry level? Or simply mentioning statistics or facts from reliable website? For example, according to XXX, xxx% of American workers change jobs every three years while only yyy% in China does. So chances of getting new job opportunity is higher over here. Also remember not to say anything negatively against domestic job markets
